SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders from Vietnam to Singapore.

A flat shipping fee of 10 SGD per order applies for deliveries to Singapore.

A flat shipping fee of 25,000 VND per order applies for deliveries within Ho Chi Minh City, VN.

A flat shipping fee of 35,000 VND per order applies for deliveries to other cities in Vietnam (excluding Ho Chi Minh city)

The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time to Singapore is 5–8 business days after the order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time to Vietnam cities is 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, or courier conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or messages so you can monitor the delivery status.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
