RETURNS
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

If you need a different size or item, please contact our support team for assistance.
For exchange shipping, customers pay for one-way shipping fee and Graphe pays for one way.
